Brand new flat at ground floor ( US 1st floor) which has been refurbished to a very high standard.Bedroom at the back of the flat with a queen size bed and plenty of storage. Modern en-suite shower room ( wet room).

Open plan kitchen fully equipped kitchen with all facilities. Good size living room with 4m high ceilings with good quality sofa bed. There is an access by ladder to a glass partioned mezzanine with a writing table. This room is only 1.4m high and not suitable for children because of the fairly steep ladder.
The flat has free WIFI and a 55 inch SMART TV.
Access to a communal terrace at the back of the building from the comunal hallway.
This hallway has seen better days and is due to be redecorated later in the year.
